For the project the main idea was to create a mix between a compagny complex (office and stocage) and housing, in mutually beneficial relationship. The project had no context, but it was conceived in environnement similar to that of Belgium. The program is distributed according to the physical needs of each space, offices are oriented to the north providing indirect sunlight while housing is located to the south to profit from the sunlight. By locating the offices below the residential, appartements are distributed in a slope, with terraces that open the view while providing outdoor space for both residents and workers. Stockage offers an elevated central space that separates the public space from the  communal, and giving the users different grades of privacy.
